best clean rooms you will get. stay here for more than 1 day and youll be satisfied. no noise from the next rooms, very good sleep
Though there was issues with the keys for everyone’s room due to new systems, the staff remained professional and very friendly. Best customer service I’ve seen in a while, rooms was very nice and clean. Wish the tvs were more updated to smart tvs but still not bad overall. Would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.
Bhumi (the manger I believe) was so helpful with getting my husband and I a room with our service animals last minute after being turned away by the place we reserved weeks in advance because of our service dogs. Anything I needed help with i.e booking a longer stay, new towels, loud neighbor. No matter what the issue the staff here handled it with a smile. Yes the rooms are dated but they are clean and this is literally the best price in town so lower your expectations of some Hilton style room when you’re not paying these guys Hilton prices. The staff is nice the rooms are clean and we felt safe leaving tool box in bed of truck for 10 days due to all the camera on site. If work sends us here again this is where we will be staying
My husband had a stroke about 3 years ago, and we were struggle financially, but when we came to the red roof they were wonderful. We had a 1st floor room, our kids school bus was able to pull right in and pick them up. Fresh towels, and linens were always available upon request. You can even book weekly or extended stay for up to 28 days. Over all a great place to stay!
Pleasantly surprised. EZ check-in and checkout and staff was friendly. Of note, a $50 security deposit required at check-in to be refunded 3-5 business days after checkout. I received my credit back same day with no issues. Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Shower temp could have been a few degrees warmer for my liking. Microwave and fridge were nice. Not fancy but very affordable and functional. Will stay again when in area.
Mrs Marge at the desk is the best! She always is very polite and helpful! The rooms have full refrigerators which is rare.
We have stayed there before and it's always clean and nice. This time we were there during the week and the prices was super high, you don't get anything but coffee in the morning. The employees are super nice and helpful. I know everything is going up but this was a big jump for a weeknight.
This place is amazing for the price. We paid 85 bucks. We got a clean pleasant place to call home for the night. The room had a very large shower. Large refrigerator and large microwave. A kitchen sink and a table for 2. Lots of great qualities for such a low price. AND CLEAN!!!
